In-house: an e-commerce store built for AI shopping agents
This is our own Shopify store — a UAE specialty retailer we operate ourselves. It's where every commerce agent is tested in production before being offered to clients.
The problem
Two problems every UAE store now faces: support questions arriving around the clock in two languages, and the shift of product discovery into AI assistants that only recommend stores they can read and trust.
What we built
A support layer answering order-status and catalog questions from live store data; structured product feeds and complete llms.txt / agents.md coverage so AI shopping agents can read the catalog; and a GSC-driven SEO agent loop that continuously tunes titles, descriptions, and schema against real query data.
